Sovereignty has been built into Pollux from day one, as a design constraint. Compute, storage, artificial intelligence and email all rely on European providers. Your knowledge stays in Europe, and you keep control of it.
Your knowledge never leaves Europe
The entire processing chain is European. Your data is hosted with Scaleway, in Paris. The AI that structures and queries the knowledge runs on Mistral. Email and backups also stay in Europe. No player outside the Union takes part in processing your data.
No exposure to the Cloud Act in the processing of your data. The messaging tools your teams use to reach the clones (Teams, Slack) remain your organization's own channels, governed by their own providers.
Every clone isolated, every piece of knowledge checked
Your knowledge is siloed. Each clone has its own base, with no shared index across clones or across companies: a query sent to one clone cannot reach another's base.
Your data is encrypted, at rest and in transit. No content enters a clone without human validation: an operator checks every submission before it is indexed. Backups are regular and replicated in Europe.
Your knowledge is used to answer the questions put to the clone, never to train an AI model.

A clear split of responsibilities
You remain the data controller: you set the purposes and keep control of your data. You decide what goes into a clone and what comes out of it.
Pollux acts as a processor under Article 28, on your behalf and on your instructions. Processing and storage take place within the European Union, and all downstream subprocessors are European.
